Veolia Environnement announces its notices of meeting in the French
Bulletin of mandatory legal announcements (BALO) or visit the Shareholders’ section on the Veolia Environnement website.
As required by French law and regulations, Veolia Environnement announces its notices of meeting in the French Bulletin of mandatory legal announcements (BALO) as follows:
- 35 days at least prior to the scheduled date, a preliminary notice of meeting. Among others, this announcement contains the agenda for the meeting and the resolutions for approval by the shareholders, neither of which is final at this stage.
- 15 days at least prior to the scheduled date of the Meeting, the notice of meeting. This document is automatically sent to all registered shareholders. It stipulates the date, time and place of the Meeting, together with terms and conditions of attendance, and the agenda.
- If it proves necessary to call a second meeting, the 2nd notice of meeting is sent out at least 6 days prior to the scheduled date.
Veolia Environnement also publishes
financial announcements in the business and financial press giving advance notice of the date and time of shareholders’ meetings, together with all the information you need in order to apply to attend.

preliminary notice of meeting is posted several weeks in advance and can be consulted or downloaded in full.
