Consultative Committee

Vignette comité consultatif
A Shareholders’ Advisory Committee comprising 13 voluntary members, including two employee shareholders, was created in April 2003 and is chaired by Nathalie Pinon, Director of Investor Relations of Veolia Environnement.

One of the key roles of this committee is to help improve the means of communication provided for you. Its objectives are to acquire a better knowledge of your expectations in order to ensure your complete satisfaction through the development of a more transparent communications programme that truly reflects your needs.

In 2009, its members met five times. The main topics taken up during the 2009 meetings included :

  • Preparation for the annual shareholders’ meeting;
  • A debriefing of the annual shareholders’ meeting;
  • Study of the various means of communication and services made available or which could be proposed to individual shareholders (professional trade shows, thematic conferences, etc.);
  • Internet: analysis of the website dedicated to individual shareholders.

We wish to thank all members of our committee for the quality of their support and their exceptional efforts during our work meetings.
