Welcome in VEOLIA Environnement Shareholders area
All shareholders are entitled to attend shareholders’ meetings, regardless of the number of shares they hold. This is the place where shareholders can express themselves both through their questions to the company’s top managers, and through their votes on the resolutions submitted.
To attend in person or via a representative, or to vote by correspondence, you must first give proof of ownership of at least one share.
To attend the Meeting, you must request your admission card from your financial intermediary if your securities are registered in a bearer share account or with our trustee, Société Générale, if they are registered in your own name.
Beginning this year, in order to attend the General Meeting, you must obtain an attendance certificate from your financial intermediary, whether your Veolia Environnement shares are registered in a bearer share account or in your own name. The attendance certificate is proof that your Veolia Environment shares were registered in the company’s share register no later than three working days before the date of the Meeting.
For your information, the attendance certificate replaces the bearer share blocking certificate. These certificates, used until 2006, indicated that the registered shares were unavailable for sale up to the date of the Meeting.
